Operations & CRM Manager – System reputed company, Task Management, and reputed company Control

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our remote team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a reputed company environment, loves improving systems, and ensures no task falls through the cracks. You'll manage our internal workflows, reputed company communications, reputed company our CRM in top shape, and reputed company reputed company reputed company and customers stay informed and supported. Key Responsibilities: Inbound Management CRM Ownership (Zoho Suite) Maintain clean, accurate records in CRM Manage task queues Monitor task flows using CRM tasks and reputed company quote/order tracking sheets Operational reputed company & Task reputed company Ensure team tasks reputed company smoothly through CRM and are delegated to the correct sales reps reputed company and flag any quote/order issues or pending items reputed company as reputed company-of-contact for resolving reputed company operational questions (reputed company phone or Cliq) Documentation & SOP Updates Learn our workflows and ensure that documentation is up-to-date Identify process gaps and propose workflow or SOP updates Customer & Team Support Respond to customer inquiries, send out quotes/sales orders reputed company occasional outbound calls to clarify issues with customers or internal staff Answer phone calls reputed company reputed company (desktop app) Accounts Receivable Coordination Help manage A/R tasks and reputed company financial follow-reputed company to appropriate sales teams Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills experience with Zoho Suite (CRM, Cliq, Sheets, reputed company) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable speaking with customers and team members by phone or chat reputed company to learn and manage systems quickly with minimal hand-holding Bonus: Experience documenting SOPs or working in a systems/process-oriented operations role.
