Virtual Assistant (Tech & AI Focus)

We are seeking a proactive, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support our executive team. This individual will play a critical role in assisting with daily tasks across various departments, sales and marketing initiatives, finance, and contributing to strategic research and reporting as needed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced virtual environment. Communication in the English language is required. Key Responsibilities: ● Provide daily administrative support to the leadership team and across various departments within the company ● Conduct online research and summarize findings as needed ● Manage CRM platforms (such as HubSpot) and support sales tracking activities ● Assist with data entry, report generation, and spreadsheet management ● Maintain and organize shared documents using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) ● Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, invoice tracking, and QuickBooks entries ● Support project tracking via tools such as Asana or other project management tools ● Draft professional emails, reports, and presentation materials ● Gather, organize, and interpret business and customer data for reporting and analysis ● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and execution of tasks Required Skills & Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience ● Minimum 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role ● Experience working with U.S.-based teams or clients ● Familiarity with the IT/Technology industry, including a basic understanding of AI tools and trends ● Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.) ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English ● Experience with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot, and basic sales support ● Working knowledge of QuickBooks and basic bookkeeping principles ● Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or Monday.com ● Strong skills in data collection, reporting, and spreadsheet creation ● Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a drive for accuracy ● Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools and platforms Apply tot his job
