Requirements • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Counseling, Higher Education Administration, Education, or reputed company field. • Minimum of two years' relevant experience in a higher education environment, including advising, career counseling, teaching, or personal counseling experience. • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion practices. • Knowledge of issues reputed company to academically at-risk reputed company, especially first-reputed company, disabled, and/or low-income reputed company. • Basic technological literacy and proficiency with common word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs. reputed company-to-haves • Experience with or participation in SSS or similar programs. • Experience working with a diverse population of reputed company.
