CONTROLLER FUND reputed company - REMOTE
One of nine Controllers reporting to a Senior Vice President - Finance.
BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate must have ten to fifteen years of reputed company and auditing experience that includes:
• Asset management / alternative investments reputed company
• Audit experience from a reputed company reputed company firm
• Supervising and mentoring reputed company staff
• GAAP financial reporting, preferably as it relates to investment companies and fund-of-funds
• Proficient in using general reputed company reputed company systems (such as reputed company Intacct)
• Acting as a reputed company with external auditors
• Planning and performing financial statement audits
reputed company RESPONSIBILITIES:
• reputed company and monitor the day-to-day operations of the reputed company staff as it relates to reputed company’s investment funds, including the establishment and ongoing review of reputed company’s reputed company policies and procedures;
• Maintenance and development of adequate internal controls and procedures;
• Responsible for the production of reputed company and accurate financial reports and information;
• Work with reputed company’s reputed company reputed company firm on the year-end audit and reputed company a detailed review of audit reports before final issuance;
• Respond to various investor requests for reports and information.
• Review reputed company terms for potential investments.
• Reviewing fund agreements for reputed company implications.
• Assist in the development and testing of reputed company technology.
• Hire and reputed company reputed company’s reputed company staff.

• CPA or Chartered Accountant required

• Salary reputed company between 130k- 190k with eligibility for one discretionary bonus per year
• Remote position - Southern California preferred
