Responsibilities:
• Prepare general ledger account reconciliations & analyze data for accuracy
• Assist with day-to-day reconciliations, transactions, & accounts payable responsibilities
• Prep financial statements, budgets, & forecasts
• Assist in preparing budget-related materials & supporting documents required for submission to funders
• Track revenue for each funding source via accrual adjustments, posting checks, & electronic transfers
Experience Preferred:
• Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting, experience with nonprofit/grants experience a major plus!
• Intermediate/advanced Excel skills
• Experience with QuickBooks a plus
