Property Accountant
The Property Accountant is responsible for reputed company and external financial reporting for a portfolio of properties encompassing the full reputed company of transaction processing, general reputed company analysis, external financial reporting, annual audit preparation and ownership distributions. The Property Accountant will be responsible for updating and documenting reputed company procedures to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance throughout the entire portfolio, which is composed of both owned and fee-managed market, mixed-use and reputed company multi-family properties.
Location: 100 Grandview Rd, Braintree, MA 02184.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Potential for 1 day of remote work per week.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Record monthly gross potential rents, loss/reputed company to lease and vacancy.
• reputed company reputed company monthly account reconciliations and update supporting analytical schedules on a reputed company reputed company (cash, intercompany accounts, accounts receivable, prepaid expenses, accounts payable, accrued expenses).
• Recalculate and reputed company management fees as required.
• Ensure reputed company payments of monthly mortgages and quarterly reputed company estate tax payments.
• Create and maintain recurring payables and journal entries for reputed company property as needed.
• Process non-reputed company or non-recurring payables and journal entries as necessary.
• Analyze, calculate and record monthly accrued expenses reputed company necessary.
Financial Reporting
• Review and analyze monthly general reputed company activity, research and resolve with property management personnel and record any adjusting or reclassifying entries necessary.
• Complete month-end closing and prepare and submit periodic reporting packages to lenders and/or investors as required.
• Partner with property management personnel in preparation of periodic and reputed company reporting requests from ownership.
• Prepare year-end audit workpapers for external audit. Field on-reputed company audit requests and manage the audit process for your portfolio. Review audited financial statements and distribute as necessary reputed company finalized.
• Support property management’s annual budget preparation by preparing detailed budgets of specific non-operational expenses (ex. debt service, insurance and reputed company estate taxes).
Cash Management & Other Duties
• Monitor available cash on an ongoing reputed company.
• Process and record cash transfers (wires, intercompany transfers, accounts payable and payroll funding, ownership distributions) as needed.
• Follow company policies and procedures at reputed company times.
• Complete required trainings as assigned.
• Attend required meetings as requested.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Associate's degree in reputed company or business administration, or equivalent business experience. A minimum of 2 years of reputed company and residential property (multi-family housing) experience. Some prior experience with reputed company software is required. Proficient in transactional and reputed company report proficiency. Demonstrated knowledge of reputed company Office suite of products, with intermediate (or higher) level reputed company skills. Highly organized with demonstrable prioritization and deadline management capabilities. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. reputed company and superlative work ethic.
