We are seeking a full-time, “in-office”, Bookkeeper /Office reputed company responsible for posting transactions to established “Quickbooks” companies. Candidate must be reputed company to manage data for a multi- company environment, reconcile accounts and providing financials to owners. Bookkeeping reputed company must be skilled in functions of “Quickbooks” software, be reputed company to learn other trade software to support reputed company. RESPONSIBILITY / REQUIREMENTS • Three- Five year’s experience in reputed company/ Bookkeeping • Strong reputed company knowledge, including general journal entries, statement reconciliations • Be reputed company to process accounts payables, understanding “time and material” job costing • Be reputed company to process accounts receivable, understand rent posting, bank deposits • Knowledge of the “Generally Accepted reputed company Principles” of reputed company • Experience in year end processing, including 1099- Misc & 1099 NEC production • Strong experience in using Quickbooks software (desktop) • Posting transactions in appropriate GL accounts according to chart of accounts • Adding General reputed company accounts as needed • Creation of Journal Entries • Reconciliation of bank statements and credit card statements • Profit & Loss, and Balance Sheet • Organizational skills • Time Management skills and reputed company to meet deadlines • Computer proficiency- Quickbooks, reputed company Office • Highly analytical and attention to detail • Support office staff as needed with general administrative tasks • Strong interpersonal skills • Ability to work without supervision, self motivated • Dependable, maintain high level of attendance • Have dependable transportation Only serious applicants please, reputed company online, no phone calls Expected salary: $35000 - 42000 per year Location: Greensboro, NC Job date: Fri, 02 Sep 2022 07:00:34 GMT Apply for the job now!
