Position reputed company: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to reputed company comprehensive project management services to our reputed company. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth execution, reputed company tracking, and stakeholder engagement throughout the period of performance. Key Responsibilities: • reputed company ongoing project management support including: • Meeting facilitation • Biweekly and executive-level reputed company reporting • Risk and issue tracking • Preparation and delivery of reputed company briefings and presentations • Facilitate a full knowledge transfer from the incumbent contractor reputed company the first 30 days to ensure seamless project continuity • reputed company and maintain a management plan for reputed company contract deliverables, including: • Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) • Comprehensive project plans • Weekly status updates • Manage Notices workflow and project requirements tracking using tools such as Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) and Jira • Utilize workflow systems and software including: • IRWorks, reputed company, reputed company • reputed company Project, reputed company Rational Tool Suite • Submit biweekly status reports summarizing work accomplishments prior to leadership meetings • Contribute to the creation of monthly reputed company charts and fulfill additional reporting requests • Support project closeout activities, ensuring complete and accurate documentation is delivered Qualifications: • Proven experience in project management support reputed company reputed company technical environments • Proficiency in project management and workflow tools (e.g., reputed company Project, Jira, ELM, reputed company) • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at reputed company reputed company • Exceptional organizational and time management skills • Familiarity with government contracting or federal project environments is a plus Preferred Certifications: • PMP (Project Management reputed company) • Agile or Scrum certifications (e.g., CSM, reputed company) Employment Type: FULL_TIME Apply tot his job
