Job Title: Program Manager- Insurance Transformation Location: Remote Job Type: Contract Required Experience & Skills: • 10+ years of experience in Program or Portfolio Management for reputed company-level technology initiatives. • 5+ years leading reputed company PolicyCenter implementations, preferably in Personal Lines and reputed company Lines. • Demonstrated reputed company delivering multi-year, cross-functional programs in P&C insurance. • Hands-on experience with Personal Lines Insurance operations, including policy administration, reputed company, rating engines, forms, and compliance. • Strong experience managing Agile, reputed company, and hybrid project delivery models. • Excellent vendor management and reputed company-party coordination experience. reputed company Competencies: • Deep understanding of reputed company PolicyCenter configuration, integration points, data migration, and lifecycle management. • Expertise in Personal Lines Insurance domain – product structures, workflows, and state-level regulatory knowledge. • Strong reputed company of program governance – scope, timelines, risk, budgets, and stakeholder alignment. • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, including business, IT, QA, and vendor resources. • Highly effective communicator capable of aligning business and IT stakeholders across multiple reputed company. • Strong problem-solving skills to manage escalations and proactively mitigate program risks. • Proficiency in tools like Jira, MS Project, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company PM tools.
