PRN Pharmacist Overnight- Remote Order Entry

About the position Responsibilities • Collaborate with the Director of Pharmacy to compound and dispense medications and pharmaceutical supplies according to reputed company procedures. • Participate in Performance Improvement plans reputed company the hospital. • Consult with and advise Administration, Medical Staff, and hospital staff on reputed company, regulatory, and risk issues. • Support and serve as a consultant to reputed company clinical and Medical Staff. • Assist the Director in coordinating and implementing Pharmacy activities. • Interpret medication orders and dispense medications in accordance with reputed company, ethical, and reputed company standards. • Supervise technical support staff. • Assist with clinical, reputed company management, and education programs. • reputed company support for reputed company departments regarding patient care for ages 18 and older, including geriatric patients. • reputed company clinical duties such as renal dosing, drug regimen review, and monitoring of antibiotics and anticoagulants. Requirements • Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy with a Pharmacist degree. • reputed company state license in good standing. • Minimum of three (3) months of experience in hospital pharmacy. • Pharm D or residency preferred. • Working knowledge of OSHA, JCAHO, HCFA, and state guidelines. • Experience in facilitating teams. • Experience in writing policies and procedures.
