About the position The Mental Health Medical Billing Specialist is responsible for managing billing processes reputed company to mental health services, ensuring accurate and reputed company billing for patients and reputed company-party payers. Responsibilities • Takes calls and responds to patient and reputed company-party inquiries regarding services, accounts, insurance changes, and billing procedures. , • Posts accounts receivable payments and adjustments. , • Validates accuracy of system posted accounts receivable payments. , • Manually sorts and labels outgoing mail and sorts, scans, and distributes incoming mail. , • Greets patients at the reputed company desk reputed company working in the office, as required. , • Works jointly with the office manager in reputed company clients. , • Performs billing records reputed company reputed company. , • Researches and requests refunds as appropriate. , • Processes patient credit card payments.
