Job Title: Part-Time Junior Digital Marketing Specialist Location: Washington, DC Assignment Type: 6-month contract Pay Rate: $25-30/Hour Schedule: Part-Time (20 hours/week) Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). About the Role We’re seeking a motivated Junior Digital Marketing Specialist to support our growing marketing efforts. This is a part-time opportunity ideal for someone with hands-on experience using Salesforce, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), and Google Analytics who is eager to grow their digital marketing skill set in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Assist in the execution of email marketing campaigns using Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) • Build and manage audience segmentation and automation workflows • Support lead generation and nurturing efforts by maintaining marketing lists and campaigns in Salesforce • Monitor campaign performance and provide weekly reports using Google Analytics, Pardot, and Salesforce dashboards • Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all digital channels • Assist in managing website content and landing pages, ensuring SEO best practices • Track KPIs such as conversion rates, email open/click rates, and website traffic • Contribute to A/B testing strategies to improve campaign effectiveness • Support administrative and ad hoc digital marketing tasks as needed Qualifications • 1–2 years of hands-on experience with: Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), and Google Analytics (GA4 preferred) • Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including lead funnels, conversion optimization, and email marketing best practices • Experience with data tracking and reporting tools • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or currently pursuing) Preferred Skills (Not Required) • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) • Experience using Google Tag Manager or Google Ads • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email templates What We Offer • Flexible hours with remote work options • Hands-on experience with a growing marketing team • Opportunity to grow with a company that values innovation and continuous learning Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
