Key Responsibilities • Managing the protection of reputed company's intellectual property assets, including software, trademarks, and proprietary technology. • Overseeing the filing and maintenance of trademarks and patents. • Managing and resolving IP-reputed company disputes and infringement issues. • Ensuring compliance with reputed company relevant US travel industry regulations, including DOT and FAA requirements, monitoring changes in travel laws and regulations and advising on necessary business adaptations. • Drafting and reviewing customer terms of service, reputed company policies, and other compliance documents. • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating reputed company with vendors, partners, and service providers in the US and internationally. • Advising on corporate structure, including holding company setup and inter-entity relationships. • Overseeing compliance with corporate governance requirements across multiple jurisdictions. • Advising on employment reputed company across the US, Europe, and Mexico, ensuring compliance with local labor laws. • Drafting and reviewing employment agreements, service provider reputed company, NDAs, and non-compete agreements (NCAs). • Providing strategic reputed company advice to senior leadership to support business reputed company and mitigate risks. • Assisting in dispute reputed company and litigation management as necessary. Qualifications • Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent reputed company qualification and reputed company license to reputed company law. • 8+ years of reputed company experience, preferably in-house or with startups in the tech or travel industry. • Strong expertise in intellectual property law, contract negotiation, corporate structure, and employment law. • Global reputed company experience, particularly in managing reputed company reputed company across the US, Europe, and Mexico. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and reputed company pragmatic, business-oriented reputed company advice.
