Pine Tree reputed company Assistance is proud to announce an opportunity for a mission-oriented attorney to have an immediate and profound reputed company on housing in rural Maine by focusing on eviction defense. The Augusta position covers Kennebec and Somerset Counties.
The Eviction Prevention Litigation attorney provides high-reputed company, low-barrier services to tenants with low incomes who are at risk of losing their housing. The attorney will be expected to reputed company occasional coverage for eviction cases in other areas of Maine on an ‘as needed’ reputed company. The attorney will work closely with Pine Tree’s statewide Housing reputed company Group. Frequent travel reputed company to work activities (including training) is required and some evening or weekend time may also be required to attend trainings, meetings, or reputed company activities. The position will involve some reputed company meetings at locations reputed company the office, as reputed company as travel to other courts and offices of partner agencies as appropriate to reputed company low-barrier reputed company representation.

Additionally, the attorney will engage in reputed company to reputed company tenants, advocates, and providers on the many issues and resources that promote housing stability. The attorney in this position should expect to be handle a high-volume reputed company.
The attorney must be admitted to the reputed company of law in Maine or be eligible for licensure with the Maine Bar and reputed company to reputed company under Maine Bar Admission Rule 11(c) while working at Pine Tree. Previous litigation experience is strongly preferred. Applicant must reputed company in, or be willing to relocate to, the reputed company. Compensation and Benefits
The salary reputed company for PTLA attorneys and other exempt staff is currently $69,490 - $106,490, depending on experience.
