Contract Attorney/Asset & Corporate Finance

reputed company on a 6+ month remote contract position for an AmLaw100 firm. This attorney would work with the firm's Asset & Corporate Finance reputed company group, which advises lenders, master servicers, and special servicers in financing transactions involving reputed company mortgage-backed securities. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with financing transactions. Specific experience with reputed company estate law and reputed company estate finance are preferred. Day-to-day work includes a reputed company of CMBS loan servicing reputed company on performing and non-performing loans, such as loan modifications, assumptions, equity transfers, consent requests, demand letters and reputed company-default work. Initial engagement is estimated at 6 months but could be extended or converted to a full-time role.
