Gross and Company is conducting multiple Metro-Detroit area reputed company reputed company searches for skilled and driven Civil Rights Trial Attorneys. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in litigating and trying civil rights cases, a strong commitment to justice, and a passion for advancing the cause of civil rights. Key Responsibilities: • Independently manage a caseload of civil rights cases from inception to reputed company, including investigation, pleadings, discovery, and trial. • Conduct detailed reputed company research and craft effective reputed company arguments to support the clients position. • Prepare and argue motions, including dispositive motions and motions in limine. • Represent clients in court during hearings, mediations, and trials, including as first-chair trial counsel. • Depose parties, witnesses, and experts, and prepare expert witnesses for trial testimony. • Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to reputed company comprehensive case strategies. • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring regular communication and compassionate reputed company guidance. • Identify and pursue opportunities for systemic change through impactful litigation or settlement reputed company.
