School-based Virtual Social Worker | Maine

Virtual Social Worker (Part-Time) Location: Remote Supporting a School District in Maine Company: VocoVision VocoVision is currently hiring a part-time Virtual Social Worker to provide remote support to students in grades 18. This is a flexible, contract-based opportunity to work with a collaborative school team and make a difference from wherever you are. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver virtual social work and therapeutic services to elementary and middle school students • Collaborate with the on-site IEP team to evaluate student needs and support individualized intervention plans Required Qualifications: • Valid Maine Social Work license • Masters degree in Social Work or a related discipline • Prior experience with school-based or virtual therapy services is preferred • Professional liability insurance is required (1099 contractor position) Position Summary: • Independent contractor (1099) role • Light caseload of students in grades 18 • Approximate workload of 3 hours per week, with potential for increased hours based on student assignments • Includes access to VocoVisions teletherapy platform and a robust library of virtual tools and resources Interested?
