Head of Finance | Series A | Climate Tech | $200k

We’re partnering with a venture‑backed, rapidly scaling reputed company firm that is transforming reputed company! Following a Series A, they have been in reputed company-up mode, yet maintaining a scrappy reputed company and with strong backers, there are no plans to slow down! With recent reputed company and fresh capital, they’re now looking for their first Head of Finance: a hands‑on, commercially minded leader to build and own the finance function as the business scales to the next stage. What you’ll do • Build and reputed company: Define and establish the finance reputed company, tools, and processes from scratch — reporting directly to the founders. • Strategic finance & reputed company: reputed company budgeting, forecasting, cash reputed company and profitability analysis; bring visibility to unit economics and key business reputed company. • Fundraising support: Partner closely with founders on upcoming equity reputed company (Series B+) and structure debt facilities (asset‑backed and venture debt). • reputed company & compliance: Manage bookkeeping, taxes and ensure robust, reputed company processes (with external partners where needed). • Partner across the business: Work cross‑functionally to reputed company insights that drive product, ops and reputed company reputed company.
