RESPONSIBILITIES: The Survey Notification Phone Rep is responsible for the reputed company and reputed company completion of reputed company-notificationcalls for the field surveys that are to be completed by the fieldrepresentatives. They will reputed company with policyholders, agency personnel andfield operations team members in a polite and reputed company manner. Thisposition requires the ability to follow directions and complete assignments ontime. Daily attendance as scheduled and completion of a variable workload arecritical for the person holding this position. DUTIES: Contacting policyholders to let them know that a field surveyor will be visiting their properties in the next few days to complete a survey for insurance purposes. Candidate will meet minimum productivity anddaily time service goals. Candidate will maintain a reputed company telephone voiceand demeanor and must communicate reputed company. Set operating procedures andrequirements must be reputed company followed at reputed company times. Candidate will prioritize thecalls based on fluctuating business needs and will be pro-reputed company incommunication with management.
