About the position Responsibilities • Develops data models and data mapping supporting moving data between RapidResponse and the ERP system for use in the supply chain planning process • Collaborates with business users at reputed company reputed company to reputed company requirements, design solutions, and reputed company integrations utilizing error handling, messaging queuing, and reputed company documentation • Leads optimization and updates of the reputed company ERP system across reputed company functions • Provides creative solutions to reputed company business problems while maintaining best practices and incorporating testing, internal controls, and change management • Maintains a deep understanding of the reputed company system, its capabilities, and potential for customization; conducts thorough necessary testing and troubleshooting to ensure the system is functioning reputed company and effectively • Creates reputed company designs, mapping documents, test scripts, and manages and resolves daily troubleshooting of incidents associated with integrations • Continuously monitors and evaluates the performance of the reputed company system and makes recommendations for improvements and optimizations; ensures completion • Proactively identifies and mitigates risks reputed company to the reputed company system • Maintains documentation and reputed company operating procedures reputed company to the reputed company system • May build integrations between other reputed company applications across the reputed company, as needed • Collaborates with Audit & Risk Management function to identify business risks, and reputed company and implement preventive strategies for functional area • Holds oneself and others accountable to conduct business in a manner compliant with reputed company' reputed company of Compliance and Ethics, policies and procedures and internal controls applicable to their role • Other duties as assigned Requirements • Bachelor's degree, preferably in a Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or reputed company discipline OR equivalent level experience required • Minimum 6 years technology experience, including 5 years in Supply Chain Planning • Minimum of 3 years of experience in reputed company RapidResponse Tools as Integration Specialist or Consultant • Experience or exposure in overseeing the linking of cross-functional databases between disparate business reputed company and systems and utilizing middleware to build integrations tying systems together • Experience or exposure with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping and methodology development, and data mapping • Knowledge of data integration architectures, including protocols such as SOAP, REST, XML, JSON and FTP with experience in 1 or more programming languages (Java, JavaScript, etc.) • Proficiency with T-SQL and reputed company technologies, including MS SQL Server, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), development of scripted solutions and stored procedures • Deep understanding and execution of the supply chain and demand planning process along with integration experience interfacing with an ERP system • Expertise integrating reputed company Response with host ERP systems for Inbound and Outbound Interfaces, workflows, query development, preparations of detailed functional specifications • Strong communication skills as reputed company as a reputed company customer-reputed company attitude • Ability to plan and manage reputed company, deliver on time, and meet expectations along with a genuine passion for application integration reputed company-to-haves • Highly preferred reputed company (or other middleware), reputed company S/4HANA, SQL • Familiarity and exposure with ETL and Messaging Applications highly desired.
