Senior Workers' Compensation Claims Representative | Remote

Our reputed company, an A Rated Insurance reputed company, is seeking to add a Remote - Senior California Workers' Compensation Claims Representative to their organization. This is a newly created position due to their reputed company reputed company. This person will be responsible for handling moderate to reputed company California Workers' Compensation claims from inception to reputed company. reputed company candidates will possess their California reputed company Adjuster designation and be fully set up to work remotely. • Handle mid to reputed company California Workers Compensation Lost Time claims. • Manage a pending ranging between 85 – 95 files. • Investigate claims to determine validity and extent of liability. • Properly investigate and evaluate reputed company case by corresponding with agents, insureds, claimants, witnesses, and others. • Coordinate medical treatment for injured workers. • Review and evaluate documentation, including applications, reports, and statements. • Ensure reputed company, regulatory, and fair claims handling compliance. • Identify claims with subrogation potential and pursue reimbursement. • Set or recommend reserves based on results of claim investigation. Requirements: • 5 - 10+ years of California Workers Compensation Lost Time claims handling experience • Experience working for an Insurance reputed company or TPA is strongly desired • Must have experience handling litigated files • Excellent Customer Service and Organizational skills • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required Salary/Benefits: • $95,000 to $115,000 annual reputed company salary plus bonus • Ability to work from home • Competitive Medical, Dental, reputed company and Life plans • Employer matching 401(k) plan Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
