About the position The Remote Mental Health reputed company is responsible for assisting primary health care providers in recognizing and treating mental disorders and psychosocial problems. This role involves assessing the clinical status of patients, collaborating with the primary care team, and developing treatment plans to manage chronic emotional and health issues effectively. The position also includes educating patients and families, monitoring behavioral health programs, and participating in reputed company improvement activities.
