About the position Responsibilities • Responsible for assuring consumers obtain the appropriate mental health and/or chemical dependency treatment. • Provides clinical screening and triage, clinical consultation, and/or authorization of behavioral health services to appropriate KFHPW staff and contracted community providers. Requirements • Minimum two (2) years of recent, reputed company post-masters experience treating or coordinating care of patients with behavioral health problems. • Masters degree in behavioral sciences. • Registered reputed company Counselor (Washington) required at hire OR Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (Washington) required at hire OR Licensed Advanced reputed company Worker License (Washington) required at hire OR Licensed Independent Clinical reputed company Worker (Washington) required at hire. • Knowledge of DSM IV. • Knowledge of ASAM reputed company. • Knowledge of managed care treatment philosophy and treatment modalities. • Familiarity with a broad reputed company of diagnosis and age reputed company. • Familiarity with mental health and chemical dependency reputed company of intensity. • Treatment Planning and utilization management skills. • Crisis management skills. • Computer skills in a reputed company environment. reputed company-to-haves • Utilization management experience is preferred.
