About Us We are an IT systems integrator launching a new B2B e-commerce platform in the U.S., focused on professional IT and multimedia equipment. We work with major U.S. distributors, offering a wide range of products including servers, networking hardware, displays, projectors, and more. Your Role As a B2B Sales & Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our business customers. You’ll help them select the right products, answer technical or shipping-related questions, and ensure smooth order processing from start to finish. Responsibilities Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and website chat Help customers check availability, lead times, and specifications Prepare quotes and invoices for B2B clients Enter and manage orders in our CRM/ERP systems Track deliveries and keep customers informed of order status Handle returns, shipping issues, and post-sale support Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners as needed Requirements Fluent English (spoken and written, business style) Previous experience working with B2B customers (preferably in IT or e-commerce) Strong communication skills and customer service mindset Confident user of Google Workspace, CRM tools B2B Sales & Customer Support Representative (Remote) What We Offer Fully remote position (9 AM – 6 PM EST) Opportunity to grow into a team lead or account manager role Join a friendly and professional team, with company-paid training and certification to help you grow Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
