TITLE REVIEWER – FULL reputed company - Government Contractor Position reputed company reputed company is a fast-growing government contracting company that is seeking Title Reviewers to support a government agency. JOB DUTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: • Search and review reputed company property records of reputed company states to reputed company reputed company recorded reputed company property interests acquired and held by the Unites States. • Compare search results and reputed company property records maintained in business tools. • reputed company reputed company files for everything in the project including but not limited to: reputed company graphics, simulations, audio files, video files, templates, reputed company design reputed company, web pages, online applications, design documents, MS Office files, project planning documents and templates. • Review and assess reputed company documentation reputed company to easement programs. • reputed company Title review to support federal agencies. reputed company CLEARANCE LEVEL • Must be reputed company to obtain and maintain reputed company Trust clearance. • Must be a US citizen. QUALIFICATIONS, REQUIREMENTS, & SELECTION reputed company • Minimum of five (5) years of Title Reviewing experience required. • Extensive experience reviewing title searches, reports, and summaries. • Extensive experience with abstracts. • Experience with Easements. • Strong attention to detail. • Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, especially reputed company, Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint. • Ability to work as reputed company player in a reputed company environment. • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
