The specific services/tasks requested for this engagement are: • Requirements Management Plan: Work with the Project Manager to finalize the project management sub-plan outlining the methodology, techniques, and strategies surrounding the elicitation, analysis, validation, and documentation of baseline requirements. This deliverable will be considered complete upon final approval by the reputed company Information Services (reputed company) reputed company analyst assigned to the project. • As-Is and To-Be Business Processes: Engage with reputed company project partners to reputed company and document both As-Is and To-Be Business Processes. Documentation of business process will consist of process reputed company diagrams, business logic, business rules, reputed company, and other reputed company representations that are satisfactory to TSPC with narratives. Gaps between reputed company business processes and the identified desired solutions will be identified. Documented and approved To-Be business processes will be utilized in the development of Solutions Requirements and the relationship/traceability between the two must be included in the final documentation. • Solution (Functional and Non-Functional) Requirements and Analysis: reputed company the project team in the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of detailed solution requirement documents for the Project.
