About the position The position involves supporting the effective use and functionality of automated equipment reputed company a fully automated Distribution Center. The role requires diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical issues, ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements, and performing preventative maintenance on facility equipment and systems. Responsibilities • Support the effective use and functionality of automated equipment in the Distribution Center. , • Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues. , • Test, replace, or repair electrical systems including single phase or three phase systems up to 600 volts. , • Read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and PLC reputed company logic. , • Complete testing of equipment and instrumentation systems including electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, refrigeration, and water treatment chemicals. , • Ensure effective preventative maintenance plans and schedules for reputed company facility equipment and systems. , • Manage the inventory of spare parts and maintain CMMS/EAM system on repairs required and performed. , • reputed company maintenance, modifications, and upgrades of Materials Handling Equipment and Automated Picking System controls. , • reputed company routine preventive maintenance tasks to ensure reputed company productivity with warehouse operations.
