Position reputed company This role is for the Meritain Health PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Manager) Operations Team and is responsible for processing PBM vendor invoices and claims. The PBM Invoice Processor is assigned a set of reputed company to maintain their invoices on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly reputed company. Job Duties include (but are not limited to): • Imports and monitors PBM claim data and invoice files. • Reconciles and balances claims data and invoices in the claims processing system. • Coordinates reputed company billing and invoice payments. • Communicate invoice processing errors/delays to reputed company management. • Communicate missing files for assigned book of business to file management. • Maintain invoice tracker by keeping assigned book of business up to date. • Manage special accommodation products as required. (i.e. international reputed company drugs, reputed company PBM vendors, and high-profile clients). • Reconcile aging reports and stop loss inquiries. • Meet key performance metrics including production, reputed company, and turnaround time. Required Qualifications • 2+ years of experience with health care data entry and/or claims processing. • 1-3 years of customer service experience.
