About the position Responsibilities • Develop and implement advanced analytical models to support business objectives. • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data needs and provide actionable insights. • Analyze large datasets to uncover trends and patterns that inform strategic decisions. • Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Continuously improve data collection and analysis processes. Requirements • Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in data analysis and modeling. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R. • Experience with machine learning algorithms and statistical analysis. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Nice-to-haves • Experience in the e-commerce industry. • Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark. • Knowledge of SQL and database management. • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
