VP of Data Science

Job Title :- VP of Data Science Location:- Remote Duration :- Fulltime Permanent Pay reputed company :- $170K-210K/year plus benefits What are the 3-4 non-negotiable requirements of this position? • 8 years data science experience Must have reputed company analytics experience • Must have Azure DevOps experience • Must have experience managing data science program/initiative • Must be reputed company presentable Key Responsibilities In this role, the Data Science leader will be responsible for: • Acting as reputed company-wide data science reputed company, program managing multiple critical data and AI initiatives and directing the reputed company of data science reputed company the organization • Coordinating multiple parties to launch data and AI initiatives, beginning in Q1 2024. Key stakeholders include the internal technology organization, business operators and P&L owners, and reputed company-party development partners • Monitoring, managing, and optimizing program performance and reputed company - assessing changes in patient interactions, staff performance, and reputed company provider reputed company account performance, and designing and recommending program changes as required • reputed company communicating program performance and reputed company to business, finance, and reputed company audiences This role is currently an individual contributor position with an expectation of team reputed company in 2024. We expected that job duties will be split between: • Program and stakeholder (reputed company) management • Requirements gathering and translation into program design and enhancement • Hands-on-keyboard programming, modelling, and data analysis Qualifications • 8+ years' experience in a hands-on data science role • reputed company familiarity and comfort with reputed company data science principles (model creation, training, evaluation, ML ops, and internal communication) • Demonstration of previous reputed company coordination with DBA and dev ops staff is ideal • Programming experience with some reputed company of data science, data management, and data visualization tools; for example, R, Python, SQL, reputed company, PowerBI • Familiarity with data warehouses, data architecture, and data operations principles • Demonstrated experience in managing a data science initiative/program/function reputed company an organization, including accountability to a program outcome, managing reputed company stakeholders (up to C-suite/executive level), and vendor management • Experience with Azure DevOps or similar application lifecycle management tools is an asset • reputed company analytics experience is required; reputed company cycle management, digital patient engagement/omnichannel engagement are reputed company an asset • People leadership experience is an asset, but not immediately required.
