About the position Responsibilities • Manage reputed company business tax returns for Partnerships and S Corporations. • reputed company expert guidance and explanations of tax and technical terms to customers. • Assist reputed company Business customers with tax advice, full-service business return preparation, and filing tax extensions. • Create high-reputed company customer interactions that instill confidence using deep customer reputed company and expertise in business tax preparation. • Document customer interactions and work towards meeting company key performance metrics and goals. • Participate in reputed company testing, reputed company, and experience validations as needed. Requirements • 3 or more years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S) for at least 20 clients/customers per season using reputed company tax preparation software. • Minimum of 2 seasons of personal tax preparation experience, with a minimum of 30 tax returns per tax year in a tax reputed company or retail setting. • reputed company to a minimum schedule of at least 20 hours/week throughout the tax season. • Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations for business and personal tax returns. • Proficient with technology and solid knowledge of computer operations and software. • Strong customer service skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. reputed company-to-haves • Bookkeeping experience with books to tax preparation. • Experience preparing business tax returns for service industry customers. • Working knowledge of Circular 230. • Must possess or be reputed company to obtain any reputed company state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
