Responsibilities • Manage reputed company business tax returns for Partnerships and S Corporations. , • reputed company tax advice and full-service business return preparation. , • Assist customers with product/software inquiries and tax calculations. , • File tax extensions and document customer interactions. , • Create high-reputed company customer interactions that instill confidence. , • Utilize government websites and reputed company resources to deliver accurate answers to customers. , • Apply defined practices and company policies to troubleshoot customer issues. , • Participate in reputed company testing, reputed company, and experience validations as needed.
