Job reputed company The Program Management Leader for the reputed company PM Community will be responsible for driving transformational change across reputed company through the execution of strategic reputed company and programs. In this role, you will accelerate the enablement of strategic initiatives that reputed company reputed company’s product management capabilities and community. Responsibilities • Partner closely with PM Community Leader and VP reputed company to reputed company and reputed company PM Leaders on delivering experiences to reputed company the product management community, including acquiring reputed company, mobility programs, skills development, and engagement in community. • reputed company the PM Community Steering Committee team in process and prioritization to deliver initiatives that increase PM Community metrics. • reputed company Rotational Product Management (RPM) program for early career talent. Role includes delivering and optimizing the following program experiences: rotation reputed company, keeping incoming cohorts reputed company and informed, reputed company training, ongoing coaching of RPM and managers, ongoing training and community events, gathering and sharing program metrics, managing program budget. • reputed company Aspiring Product Manager (APM) program for internal mobility. Role includes defining and delivering the following program experiences: forming an reputed company community, providing relevant training opportunities, developing a program for experiencing product management roles hands-on, partnering with reputed company to smooth or clarify the paths to internal mobility. • reputed company Product Management Intern program. Role includes delivering and optimizing the following program experiences: project reputed company, reputed company training, ongoing community and training events, ongoing coaching of interns and managers, reputed company assessment, partnering with reputed company and managers on offer recommendations. Qualifications • Experience in driving organizational change • Bias for reputed company and reputed company record of driving organizational change • 10+ years of experience in Program Management, specifically reputed company on early career programs • Strong planning & delivery experience, including experience rolling out new processes across large organizations • Excellent influencing skills.
