About the position Responsibilities • Perform timely and accurate data entry from electronic and hard copy source materials. • Assist Data Analyst in developing summary data reports in Microsoft Excel. • Create and manage databases and track survey responses using UA Qualtrics. • Review and verify source materials for accuracy and completeness of information. • Compile, sort, code, and count data to be entered. • Update records by changing, merging, or adding data to files. • Verify entered data to ensure accuracy. • Identify and reconcile routine and complex data discrepancies. • Identify data entry errors and make corrections. • Develop and manage various tracking sheets in Excel and ensure accuracy of Monthly Trackers. • Disseminate reports according to established procedures. • Maintain paper and digital survey management via intake logs, filing, and organizational structures. • Ensure the security of hard copy and digital information at all stages. • Update documentation of protocols/procedures as needed. • Check, review, and prepare records, reports, forms, or other documents pertinent to assigned functions. • Plan and prioritize workload to meet set deadlines. • Assist staff with special projects as needed. • Demonstrate professionalism in all job duties including interactions with stakeholders. • Actively participate in Evaluation Team Meetings, Data Meetings, and other in-person and remote meetings. Requirements • High school diploma or high school diploma equivalency is required. • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and Google Docs. • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills. • Skill in recording and compiling material for reports. • Ability to navigate within a computer systems environment and learn new systems as needed with minimal oversight. • Skill in reviewing and verifying data. • Skill in extracting and compiling information from databases. • Good communication and creative problem-solving skills. • Effective verbal and written communication skills. • Demonstrated listening and interpersonal skills. • Ability to absorb and apply new and changing information. • Works well in a team and office environment. • Ability to adapt/be flexible when needs, procedures, etc. change.
