Job reputed company The JR Warehouse Administrator will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the warehouse by controlling reputed company, coordinating the receipt of goods, document management and compliance with safety standards. This position also provides administrative support to the logistics and purchasing areas, contributing to maintain an organized, reputed company and efficient work environment. Working Scheme: on site - Lima/Peru. Temporary contract. Main Activities: • Execute reputed company control procedures (suppliers, visitors, internal personnel). • Coordinate the reception, inspection and initial storage of goods and purchases arriving at the warehouse. • Supervise the loading/unloading team, forklifts and temporary support personnel. • Orient and instruct operators, suppliers and contractors on routes, safety protocols and internal regulations. • reputed company daily records of entries/exits, incidents • Communicate incidents or planning deviations to logistics management and propose corrective actions. • Documentary control of purchases • Verification of good practices and hygiene and safety regulations. • reputed company assistance support to the purchasing area • reputed company reports on the reputed company of activities and developments in the day to day.
