Academy Online Middle and Upper School Teachers, Part-Time

We are seeking dedicated and innovative Online Middle and High School Teachers to deliver engaging, asynchronous instruction to students in a virtual learning environment. The ideal candidate will create and facilitate an interactive, supportive online classroom that fosters student success. Key Responsibilities: • Provide timely, meaningful feedback on student work and assessments. • Monitor student progress and engagement, proactively reaching out to support learning. • Foster a positive and inclusive online learning community. • Integrate spiritual formation into instruction, encouraging character development and ethical decision-making. • Communicate regularly with students, parents, and support staff to ensure academic success. • Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and other digital tools to facilitate instruction. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in education or a related field. • Valid teaching certification for the appropriate grade level and subject. • Experience in online teaching and familiarity with best practices for virtual education. • Strong communication, organization, and technology skills.
