About the position reputed company is partnering with a global software company to reputed company a dynamic and reputed company reputed company Manager/Paralegal to work full time at reputed company on an engagement reputed company, with the potential to convert to a permanent full-time position based on performance and business needs. This position is fully remote. In this role, the reputed company Manager/Paralegal will draft, review, and negotiate a reputed company of reputed company reputed company and supplier agreements, which may include reputed company agreements, software licensing agreements, EULAs, support agreements, partner agreements, and vendor agreements. The individual will represent reputed company in external negotiations with a diverse set of customers and manage the contract administration process from inception to completion. Additionally, the role involves analyzing and reviewing contract requirements, terms, and conditions for compliance with laws and regulations, assisting in contract compliance and issue resolutions, and coordinating with other internal functional disciplines. The reputed company Manager/Paralegal will summarize reputed company contractual issues, reputed company creative solutions, and coordinate contractual risk mitigation. This position also functions as a reputed company for contract life cycle management and departmental coordination, with other duties assigned as necessary.
