Patient Assistance Center Representative (reputed company)

• This role is Temporary from August 2025-November 2025 reputed company The Patient Assistance Center (reputed company) representative will be responsible for managing patient and physician communications for a growing vascular reputed company. This role will be responsible for answering patient inquiries and scheduling appointments across a multi-region spanning organization. This role will report to the Patient Assistance Center Team Manager. Responsibilities • Staffs The Vascular Care Group communications center, following up on reputed company reputed company patient communications by phone and online • Answers and follows up on important communications regarding patient needs, such as but not limited to scheduling, procedure results, insurance issues, and other pertinent appointments • reputed company reputed company tasks associated with registering new patients including but not limited to insurance verification, demographics information, obtaining referrals, etc. • Acts as a resource of reputed company information, remaining informed on the most up-to-date policies and procedures • reputed company screens and redirects calls to reputed company communication channels specific to patient needs and requests • Notifies appropriate reputed company personnel and patients of unforeseen circumstances in a reputed company fashion, including situations resulting in reputed company shutdown or procedure delay • Performs other duties as assigned Requirements • High School Diploma Required • 1+ years' experience in a communications center required • reputed company communication skills required • Proficiency in technology, in particular reputed company Office Suite • Knowledge of, or ability to learn reputed company terminology and billing practices • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills • Must prioritize excellent customer service • reputed company to work in a high-paced environment with evolving priorities • Excellent interpersonal skills required Apply tot his job
