About the position Responsibilities • Take, process, and resolve standard inquiries from Operations associates. • Serve as the initial point of contact for transactional HR needs and requests. • Utilize training and policy manuals to resolve caller requests or issues. • Accurately record the nature and solution of calls using database tools. • Troubleshoot standard technical issues within HR systems independently. • Work with Subject Matter Experts to identify trends in inquiries and suggest content changes. Requirements • Bachelor's degree required. • Minimum one year of experience in a retail/hospitality operations environment. • Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings. • Obtain a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment.
