About the position
Responsibilities
• Implement initiatives to lead ResMax adoption, including hotel and portfolio consults
• Develop and deliver content to communicate the HRCC value proposition at special events, conferences, and client meetings
• Act as the liaison for HRCC services and initiatives including HPSS to support performance optimization
• Cultivate Hotel and Corporate partner relationships
• Identify initiatives and manage implementation based on performance analysis
• Perform other duties that would support HRCC Business Development, as assigned.
Requirements
• Fluent Spanish language (written/spoken)
• High Proficiency in analyzing data in Excel and PowerPoint
• Six (6) months working within Hilton Reservations and Customer Care
• Travel up to 25%, both domestic and international
Nice-to-haves
• Six (6) months of experience in the HRCC Business Development Team
• One (1) year experience working in Sales, Reservations or Front Office at hotel-level
• BA/BS Bachelor's Degree
