Principal Travel Sales Advisor, West Coast - Velocity Black (Remote)

About the position Responsibilities • Assisting high net worth clients in booking travel, including commercial flights, luxury hotels, vacation homes, and car rentals. • Using Global Distribution System (GDS) and other online travel tools to book and communicate with suppliers. • Working with suppliers around the world to ensure clients receive the best rates, benefits, value, and service. • Increasing commissions growth by implementing industry-leading sales tactics. • Resolving customer complaints via excellent service and proper resolution. Requirements • High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification. • At least 3 years experience booking and coordinating luxury travel. • At least 3 years experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS). Nice-to-haves • Bachelor's Degree or Military experience. • 5+ years experience at a luxury travel agency. • 5+ years experience booking and coordinating luxury hotels, cruises, yachts, and villas. • 5+ years of experience with Global Distribution System (GDS).
