You will have significant influence over the programme's content and structure, developing both e-learning materials and interactive workshops that drive learner engagement and maximise impact. Requirements • Strong interest and practical experience in leveraging AI for productivity improvements in the workplace. • Knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Copilot. • Experience in creating high-quality, interactive e-learning content. • Experience delivering or preparing learners for End-Point Assessments (EPA). • Demonstrable experience in facilitating interactive workshops or training sessions. • Excellent writing, editing, and organisational skills. • Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks effectively. • Strong collaboration and communication skills, comfortable working with diverse teams.
