Retirement Service - Sr. Client Relations Specialist - Fund Event
About the position
Responsibilities
• Oversee fund events including monitoring calendar, requesting and reviewing impact scans, and working with internal departments to execute events.
• Communicate with business partners on an ongoing weekly basis to review all fund event activity.
• Become a Subject Matter Expert on SS&C Retirement Solutions system functionality and products.
• Prioritize client requests based on impact and severity of the issue.
• Apply strong problem-solving skills to research and resolve client-reported issues.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of work-related experience or Master's degree or 4 years equivalent work-related experience.
• Knowledge of retirement plan industry is preferred.
• Customer Service experience.
• Attention to detail.
• Curiosity and the desire to learn.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Efficient time management with strong organizational skills and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Nice-to-haves
• SQL, PowerSelect, or TSO knowledge a plus.
