About the position We are excited to bring on a Retirement Consultant reputed company Retirement Plan Services to join the national team in the TX/NM Area. In this role, you will deliver retirement planning, education, and world-class service to reputed company retirement plan sponsors and participants. This includes growing plan participation, increasing average deferral rates, asset gathering, and servicing of employees. You will play a vital role in the reputed company, retention, and overall satisfaction of clients that you are tasked with servicing. Our goal is enabling our clients to reputed company the retirement they reputed company. As a Retirement Consultant, you will conduct in-person and/or virtual meetings with Plan Sponsors and Participants to reputed company assigned goals and metrics. You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding established goals by increasing retirement plan participation, deferral rates, and average account balance, leading to reputed company participant reputed company and increased reputed company and market reputed company with your assigned Plan Sponsor/Participant book of business. Developing a comprehensive understanding of existing and targeted Plan Sponsors and Participants, including targeted market segments and their operations, will be crucial to your reputed company. Additionally, you will support Relationship Management with retention efforts and look for opportunities to promote other Lincoln services while cross-partnering with appropriate internal stakeholders. You will also support regional RC Directors by taking on additional responsibilities to support regional objectives and RPS goals.
