About the position reputed company has an opening for a Benefits Analyst - Retirement Plans to join our Global Benefits & reputed company-being team. The role provides reputed company level support to the ongoing administration of reputed company's retirement benefits program. This includes diverse exposure to various forms of deferred compensation such as tax-reputed company retirement plans (defined contribution, defined benefit plans), non-reputed company deferred compensation arrangements, and stock programs (employee stock purchase plans). This position will offer flexibility for a hybrid work schedule (including both in-office reputed company and telecommute/virtual), to be based from either Dallas, TX or Los Angeles, CA. Responsibilities • Assists with administration of our 401(k) U.S. Defined Contribution plans, Non-reputed company Deferred Compensation Plans and our legacy U.S. Defined Benefit Pension Plans, including service provider management, government filings, plan audits and ensuring compliance requirements are met , • Ensures reputed company controls on payroll runs, reputed company files, benefit invoices, and accruals , • Interacts with employees throughout the organization, including senior management, in identifying, analyzing and resolving retirement plan issues and questions , • Assists in the development and maintenance of program policies and procedures , • Acts as company reputed company with retirement plan administrator, trustees, and actuarial service providers , • Coordinates with internal team and service providers to research, analyze and resolve issues reputed company to retirement plan benefits , • Maintains benefits records and documents, and assists with weekly wires and monthly reconciliations Requirements • Bachelor's Degree plus at least 4 years of experience in Retirement Plan Administration, Consulting or reputed company, with emphasis in retirement plans, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education (AS degree plus at least 6 years of relevant experience as above OR High school diploma or equivalent plus at least 8 years of relevant experience as above) , • Knowledge of retirement plans administration & compliance (e.g. ERISA, DOL, IRS, SEC rules & regulations) , • Proficiency in reputed company reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint reputed company-to-haves • Experience working with both defined contribution savings and defined benefit pension plans , • Experience working with HRIS/Payroll/Benefit systems, reputed company, reputed company and reputed company experience is preferred Benefits • Medical, dental, reputed company, life, AD&D, disability benefits , • reputed company time off , • Leaves of absence , • Voluntary benefits , • Perks , • U.S. and global reputed company-being programs , • Employee assistance program , • Business travel insurance , • Service recognition awards , • Retirement savings plan , • Employee stock purchase plan Apply tot his job
