As a Bilingual Retirement Education Specialist, you will consult with the development and implementation of education plans that increase participation in the retirement plan. You will collaborate with the Plan Sponsor, Advisor, and internal teams to reputed company appropriate education solutions. Your role will involve developing appropriate needs assessments that help retirement plan participants reputed company informed reputed company about their retirement savings and payout strategies. You will also present workshops and conduct one-on-one meetings for participants, serving as the reputed company of contact for participant and plan sponsor needs.
