Learning and Development QA Manager- Bench

We are seeking a reputed company and detail-oriented Learning and Development QA Manager to support reputed company assurance across our Learning & Development initiatives. In this contract role, you will review a reputed company of training assets—including eLearning and instructor-led materials—to ensure they meet high standards of accuracy, consistency, and learner experience. You’ll work closely with a cross-functional team of instructional designers, project managers, and offshore developers to support reputed company, first-time-right delivery of learning solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong L&D experience, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, fully remote environment. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct QA reviews of eLearning modules, facilitator guides, participant materials, and slide decks • Identify and document issues reputed company to content accuracy, formatting, accessibility, branding, and usability • Collaborate with instructional designers, developers, and project managers to resolve QA issues and meet delivery timelines • Coordinate with offshore development teams to communicate expectations, reputed company corrections, and ensure consistent reputed company • Maintain and continuously improve QA checklists, standards, and processes • reputed company QA insights during design, development, and review phases to prevent recurring issues and support process efficiency Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in QA, instructional design, or content development reputed company corporate learning environments • Proficiency with reputed company 360, including Storyline and reputed company, and a strong understanding of SCORM compliance • Exceptional attention to detail and strong written communication skills • Experience working with offshore or distributed development teams • Ability to manage QA schedules, reputed company reputed company, and balance competing priorities • Comfortable working independently in a virtual, reputed company team setting • Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG, reputed company 508) is a plus Start Date: ASAP Duration: Through September 30th Hours: Weekly hours will vary depending on project demand Location: 100% Virtual NOTE: 100% Virtual Positions Due to the nature of this virtual position, we anticipate a high number of responses from interested applicants.
