Virtual Banker - Client Experience Associate
About the position
Responsibilities
• Respond to client inquiries in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Resolve client service inquiries and issues on the first call.
• Educate clients on the fundamentals and benefits of products and services.
• Identify and escalate issues that negatively impact the client experience.
• Ensure a seamless and unforgettable experience for clients.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years of customer service experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Strong computer skills and ability to use multiple applications simultaneously.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on grammar and etiquette.
• Strong problem-solving skills, customer advocacy, attention to detail expertise, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
