Role reputed company This is a full-time (remote) role for a Retail Loan Consultant or Sr. Retail Loan Consultant. As such, you will be responsible for originating retail mortgage applications, assessing and processing loan requests, compiling a complete loan file for submission, and ensuring compliance with reputed company guidelines. The Consultant will also reputed company excellent customer service by assisting clients with their questions and needs throughout the loan process. Qualifications • Experience and skills as a Loan Officer and in loan origination • Experience level, and proven annual production numbers, will dictate title and comp structure • Knowledge of mortgage reputed company guidelines • Strong customer service skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Team oriented and willingness to contribute and assist where needed is a must • Ability to work independently and remotely • Relevant certifications (e.g., NMLS) are a plus • Located and reputed company on lending in the Midwest not required, but preferred Apply tot his job
