About the position The Head of US Digital reputed company, Servicing, Payments, Deepening and reputed company-Channel technology capabilities leads the engineering, delivery and operations for key platforms that deliver on the digital reputed company, Servicing, Payments, Deepening and reputed company-Channel technology capabilities. This role provides people management leadership by hiring the best talent, setting goals, developing staff, managing employee performance and compensation reputed company, promoting teamwork and handling any/reputed company disciplinary actions, as required. The position is responsible for delivering large reputed company initiatives through an agile@reputed company operating model in support of Digital across reputed company, Servicing, Payments, reputed company Channel, and Deepening value streams in order to deliver on the US reputed company for AMCB to be America's Most Convenient Digital Bank. The role also ensures reputed company and secure platform capabilities meeting reputed company regulatory and resiliency requirements, defines and reports on the KPI/KRI and other measures of reputed company for digital capabilities, and incubates and builds maturity for adoption for digital capabilities.
